The Patna High Court (PHC) invites online applications for recruitment to the post of Translator and Translator-cum-Proof Reader in Group B. A total of 80 vacancies are available for eligible and interested male and female candidates. Patna High Court Translator Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications as of 1st January 2024 to be eligible for the Translator post:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduation with English as one of the subjects from a recognized university.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is essential.
  • Diploma/Certificate of at least a six-month course in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Law Degree.
  • Additional preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Urdu, Maithili, or Santhali.
